How it works

1. Complete the form. Keep each chair’s details and photos together in its own submission. For multiple chairs, use the same order number on each form.
2. Choose what to reupholster. Select the seat, armrests or other areas you’d like refreshed. Add your selections to the cart and place your order.
3. Wait for our confirmation. We’ll contact you to confirm drop-off or transportation before you send your chair in.

Final scope is subject to physical inspection.

Drop-off and transportation

• Direct drop-off: Drop-off at Takara Belmont Meadowvale is free and requires an appointment. We’ll help arrange your drop-off time before you bring your chair in.
• Need pickup or delivery? Select this in the form and we’ll help arrange it. Transportation charges are confirmed separately.
• For arranged pickup and delivery: The chair must be palletized and securely fastened to the pallet.
